Horizon Cruise Terminal Southampton is the newest cruise terminal at Southampton Cruise Port.
Terminal Address - Berth, 102 W Bay Rd, Southampton SO15 1AW
Getting to Horizon Crusie Terminal
Getting to the terminal is simple via vehicle or public transportation.
By Car
If you're in a car, take the A33, West Quay Road, and drive in the direction of the Western Docks. As you get past dock gate security, keep an eye out for signs directing you to Dock Gate 10; the Horizon terminal will be in front of you.
By Train
Southampton Central is the closest train station. There are frequent connections to Southampton Airport Parkway as well as numerous local and national services. The distance between the station and the terminal is just under a mile. There are designated taxi stands on either side of the station, so we advise taking one.
Departure Terminal
There is a sizeable place for luggage drop-off and pickup right outside the terminal. Porters will assist you with your bags as you exit here if you are taking a taxi or a someone is dropping you off. The parking lot for the Horizon Cruise facility is outside the front of the facility. Porters will help you with your luggage once you've parked, and the staff will give you any necessary directions.
Go into the terminal's main lobby as soon as your luggage is safely with the porters (but keep any hand luggage with you!). Before checking in, you will need to go through security, so be prepared with your tickets and passport.
After passing through security, you will be directed to the first level, where you can check in. The number of workstations offered varies depending on the cruise line and the size of the ship. Just keep in mind that it can get pretty busy, so stick to the time your travel agent or cruise operator recommends.
