Check-In

Head into the terminal as soon as your luggage is safely with porters (remember to keep any hand luggage with you). You must go through security before checking in, so have your tickets and passport ready.

After passing through security, you will be able to check in at one of 50 service desks. The number of available desks varies according to cruise line and ship size. Remember to stick to the time your travel agent or cruise line recommends, as it can get quite crowded.
