City Cruise Terminal is one of Southampton Port's busiest terminals. The terminal is easily reached by car or public transportation.

Address: 101, Berth, Western Docks, Herbert Walker Ave, Southampton SO15 1HJ
Phone: 0044 23 8048 8800

By Road

If you're driving, take the A33 West Quay Road to the Western Docks. Look for Dock Gate 10 signage.

A short-term Pay & Display car park is located directly across from the main building, with disabled parking bays right next to the drop-off point.

By Train

The nearest train station is Southampton Central. There are regular local and national services, as well as frequent connections to Southampton Airport Parkway. The walk from the station to the terminal is just under a mile. There are dedicated taxi ranks on either side of the station, and journeys cost between £5 and £7.

City Cruise Terminal arrivals lounge has comfortable seating, this is open to the public and allows friends and family who are coming to meet you to wait inside the arrivals lounge.

In the arrivals area, there are standard and disabled access toilets, vending machines with a limited selection of drinks and snacks, and a magazine stand with a selection of complimentary magazines. Copies of the Southampton Map and Guide can also be found here.

Outside the terminal, there is a designated luggage drop-off area. Simply stop by to leave your luggage with the porters before proceeding to the parking lot.

Head into the terminal as soon as your luggage is safely with porters (remember to keep any hand luggage with you). You must go through security before checking in, so have your tickets and passport ready.

After passing through security, you will be able to check in at one of 50 service desks. The number of available desks varies according to cruise line and ship size. Remember to stick to the time your travel agent or cruise line recommends, as it can get quite crowded.
